Recipe One: Protein Blast to go!
This is one of our favorite recipes for training season. Right before summer when you want to get in the best shape and make sure you burn the fat this is a great juicing recipe for that. In fact his helps alot for those who want to not only drop weight but want to look great. Make sure that when you go on a diet you not only do cardio but you also do weight training. Weight training is extremely important and will help you in the long run.
This is a great recipe and can be used in both an electric citrus juicer or a processes like the omega series. Obviously if you use a more hefty processor like the omega you will get better results for this recipe.
In this recipe we got tons of green leafy vegetables like kale which provide both protein and energy and will help you build muscle as well as build up iron. Make sure to also eat lean meat and drink whey protein in order to add to your protein intake.
- Orange Fruit
- 3 apples
- 1 handful of parsley
- 12 leaves of kale
- 1 inch of ginger
- 5 carrots
Simply blend mix and serve!
Recipe # 2 Beetroot Blend for annihlation
This has got to be one of our favorite energizing recipes. You drink this and expect a huge burst in energy, don’t say we didn’t warn you! If you drink this make sure to drink it before a workout or at least don’t drink it at night. According to Scientists at Myhealth drinking beetroot juice can actually make you open up blood vessels which make it alot easier for your oxygen and blood to move through out your body. Having beets with other vegetables will also boost performance and will also give a great taste to the juice you drink with nutrients and vitamins.
Here is the following recipe we recommend you try out, this will produce great results for you in the gym as well as on the field if you are an athlete:
- 4 fresh beets
- 1 inch of ginger
- 1 lemon
- 1 garlic clove
- 2 kale leaves
- 3 carrots
Blend and mix all this together and make sure to see that the liquid is smooth like a smoothie and ready to drink. Once you drink it get ready for a huge spike in energy!
Recipe # 3 Tomato Powerup
We call this the tomato power up for one reason because it will give you tons of power and energy. Did you know that tomatoes are loaded with lycopene which allows for fast muscle recovery as well as blood sugar stabilization? Bet you didn’t know that! Drinking tomato juice isn’t always easy as it commonly tastes like drinking a bottle of ketch up. However we came up with a great recipe which will not only taste great but will power you up after a good workout. This recipe is safe to drink at night as it will help for recovery and give you a good nights sleep overall. These are the things you want to look for in a night time juice.
- 1 Large tomato
- 1 handful of cilantro
- 1 organic lemon
- 1 organic lime
- 4 carrots
Blend everything together in your electric citrus juicer or in your hamilton beach juicer and get a nice thick smoothie out of it. This is great for anyone who wants results and quick!
Recipe # 4 Rocket Cherry
Yeah you heard us right, this is called the rocket cherry for no other reason other than it will give you enough energy to jump from here to mars. This juice will allows you to get less tired and endure physical exercise for a longer period of time which will help you in the long run to crush your competition.
We all know cherry juice doesn’t always taste great, so we decided to come up with a recipe that will be nice and sweet and great for your taste. This will help make sure you get a nice taste organic juice for working out as well as get a nice powerful boost!
- 1 Apple red or green
- 1 pound of cherries, make sure to remove the pits
- 1/2 pound of fresh picked strawberries
- 1 large celery stalk
- 1 organic cucumber and lime
Blend and mix everything together to get a nice thick juice. Our advice is to drink this before any exercise where you will be enduring a lot physically.
